Residential Conveyancing

Alpass & Associates have over forty years of experience in dealing with all types of conveyancing from simple transactions such as the purchase of a new family home or more complicated matters involving subdivision and purchases “off the plan”.

We frequently come across clients who seek advice in relation to their conveyancing but are tempted by the cheaper rates, which are available from time to time through conveyancing services. Of course conveyancers are not required to have the rigorous legal qualifications, training, ethical or trust account standards required of Solicitors. It is of course a question for the individual as to how much they are prepared to risk in what can be one of the largest financial transactions they will enter into during their lifetime.

Our qualified staff have extensive knowledge and experience in this area of law and are able to steer you through the myriad of pitfalls that can occur even during a seemingly simple conveyancing transaction.

If you are proposing to sell your property, you will need a Vendor’s Statement prepared. It is important that this document is accurate as an inaccurate Vendor’s Statement can allow a purchaser to avoid the contract.

We are able to provide you with qualified legal advice before selling your property, as the costs of errors associated with inexperienced unqualified advice can be substantial.

Please do not hesitate to contact Jill Crawford at our office on 9725 0377 should you require advice or assistance with any conveyancing transaction.
