I just wanted to let you know what an excellent job your firm has done for my family and myself over the past 6 years or so. I first met you when my mother and I visited after my father passed in 2012 and I appreciated your kindness then and subsequently, when my mother passed in 2016. I know my mother felt very comfortable knowing that you and your excellent team were looking after her best interests and was particularly touched by your sympathy when my father passed.

Julie Pemberton was very helpful through the estate process and in handling documentation when we were negotiating for my mother’s unit at the retirement village. She was knowledgeable, helpful and easy to communicate with.

I specifically wanted to mention Lea Wright, who has been tremendous in communicating with me in person when I was in Australia and particularly via email in the US. She has been unfailingly professional, efficient, caring and responsive and I am very grateful for her excellent service over the past two years finalizing my mother’s estate. She has kept on top of the myriad of details that needed to be finalized and coordinated with the accounting service particularly well as they were not always on top of things as they should have been. She is amazing.
